This AJ35 batching plant was ordered by one of our customers in Uzbekistan. He found our website when searching online to find a concrete batching plant. He left a message on our website, and our sales soon contacted him. After understanding the needs of this customer, our sales suggested the AJ35 batching plant. After comprehensive consideration, our customer accepted this proposal.
After our customer ordered this AJ35 batching plant, our staff in the factory soon arranged loading and transportation. The concrete batching plant arrived in Uzbekistan in February 2022. Later, with the help of our installation engineers, the concrete batching plant was installed successfully soon in early March. Now, it has been put into use and makes a contribution to our customers’ construction projects.
AIMIX AJ35 Batching Plant Introduction
AIMIX AJ35 batching plant is a stationary concrete batching plant that belongs to the skip hoist batching plant. It uses a skip hopper to transport the raw aggregates. It has theoretical maximum productivity of 35 m3/h. It adopts a JS750 twin shaft concrete mixer as the main mixer, which has high mixing efficiency. It has a compact structure and is suitable for on-site engineering construction work.
This AJ35 batching plant is an automatic concrete batching plant. It adopts PLC+ computer control system. The following are some pictures of control system adopted in this batching plant.
