What Is The Aggregate Production Process?

Generally speaking, the complete aggregate crushing and processing plant includes feeding, screening, primary crushing (jaw crusher), secondary crushing (impact crusher/cone crusher), fine crushing (sand making machine), sand washing (wheel sand washing). But, the equipment configuration can be adjusted appropriately according to the different raw material size and finished product specifications of each user. The specific crushing process of the stationary crushing plant is as follows.

• 1. Firstly, the mined ore is uniformly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing by the vibrating feeder; secondly, the qualified stone after rough crushing is sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher by the belt conveyor. The impact crusher/cone crusher performs secondary crushing, and the unqualified materials need to be returned to the previous level;
• 2. Then, the qualified materials after the secondary crushing are sent to the sand making equipment by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the unqualified materials are also returned to the previous level.
• 3. However, if the user chooses the step of fine crushing (that is, sand making),  they can decide whether to add a sand washing machine according to the real demand. A sand washing machine can make the finished aggregate cleaner.
• 4. Accordingly, if the user does not need the fine crushing step, there is no need to configure the sand washing machine. In this case, the qualified aggregate can be conveyed directly into the finished product silo.
