Production Period
AIMIX took 20 days to prepare the production of these 3 sets of AS-4.0 self-loading mixer machines for our customer.
Shipping Details
AIMIX arranged the ocean shipping for this order. And after 18 days, the freight was successfully shipped to Surabaya port. Then, the local partner of AIMIX GROUP provided the custom clearance services and product delivery services for our customers. Next days, these mixers were transported to Papua.
Installation and Training Services
When the mixers were transported to Papua, our after-service team went to the site of our customer in Papua and installed all the machines. Next, they tested all the machines to make sure all mixers can be put into production right away. Afterward, our after-service team taught the staff of our customers how to operate the mixer on-site, including starting the mixer, controlling the systems, cleaning the mixers, and so on. Our team left after everything was done. And our customer was very satisfied with their hard work and local services. He said he wanted a long-term cooperationon with AIMIX GROUP in the future.
