This batching plant was ordered by one of our Indonesian customers who is in the business of prefabricated parts. He owns a set of concrete batching plant, after the production scale was expanded he bought this AJ120 batching plant from AIMIX.
The batching plant was shipped to Indonesia in December 2021. Our customer received the plant at the end of December and contacted Aimix’s installation team in Indonesia to install the equipment. Two installation engineers arrived at the customer’s site on January 6 and start installation work.
In early February, the installation work was finished and equipment trial operation was done. Our installation team also helped the customer to train batching plant operators.
From the pictures, you can see this AJ120 concrete batching plant adopts a belt conveyor to transport the raw aggregates. It has good environmental performance. With a Theoretical maximum output of 120m3, it is suitable for large size construction projects.
