180m3/h Batch Mixing Plant Installed in Malaysia

Installation Details

This customer belongs to one of our long-term customers in Malaysia. He once bought our self-loading machines one year ago. And this time, he contacted our sales and said he need one concrete plant to produce concrete for his bridge construction project in Kuching, Malaysia. And our sales recommended this AJ-180 concrete plant after learning how many daily concrete outputs he needs. Besides, our customers chose our door-to-door installation service at the same time. Below I will list the installation details for your reading.

• 1. First, Aimix authorizes one of our local partners in Malaysia to do custom clearance service for our customer in Malaysia. Then, our partner delivers the whole plant to our customer working site in kuching.
• 2. Our local partner arranges our installation team to the site. Besides, they also take the installation tools and vehicles, including cranes, wheel loaders, and other equipment.
• 3. They first discharge all the parts of the batch mixing plant from the containers.
• 4. Afterward, they design the layout for the whole plant in line with our customer’s requirements and then start to build the foundations for the plant, the main frame for the cement mixer, and the control room according to the layout.
• 5. Then, they use the crane to assemble all the parts together, including the concrete mixer, cement silos, aggregate batching machines, belt conveyors, and so on.
• 6. They also build a sink aside from the concrete mixer.
• 7. Next, our electric engineers match all the electric lines between each part.
• 8. Then, our engineers test the plant to make sure whether it can normally produce concrete.
• 9. Finally, our installation team teaches the workers of our customer how to operate the control system. They left until all the workers have learned how to handle the whole plant and start production. What is more, our customer is very satisfied with the installation services of Aimix Group.
