Main Components Of A Full Set Block Making Machine

1. Belt conveying system. It is used to convey the materials (stone, sand, cement, fly ash, water, etc.) to the brick machine silo.
2. The concrete block moulding machine. It mainly includes two parts: rack, which mainly supports the components of the equipment and the compressive force when the brick is molded. Material bin, mainly used to store materials.
3. The material dosing machine. It is mainly used to feed the material in the bin into the forming mold.
4. The mold consists of an upper mold and a lower mold. The material is pressed by the upper mold, the pressure of upper mold and the high frequency vibration of the lower mold (increasing the compactness of the brick) make the concrete blocks formed.
5. Plate supply mechanism: mainly used for the transfer of the pallet, it is divided into two parts, the front supply plate and the side supply plate, which is also equipped with a scraper mechanism.
6. Brick conveyor: it is mainly used to convey the forming bricks from the workbench with a brick sweeping mechanism.
7. Hydraulicsystem (including hydraulic oil pump, cylinder, pipeline, valve) / mechanical system, it is mainly used to drive the block making machine to complete the molding, and accomplish the action before and after molding.
8. Control system, it can provide programs and control the circuit actions of various components. Realize continuous production of the whole equipment.
9. The palletizing system: it realizes the palletizing of the wet bricks, facilitates the forklift transfer and piles up layer by layer in the finished product area, reducing the floor space. Note: If it is a mobile brick machine, there is no such palletizer. Each brick is laid directly on the ground.

Working Process Of Aimix Concrete Brick Making Machine for Sale

1. The loader pours all kinds of raw materials into the batching machine.
2. Computer set recipes and the raw materials are batched according to certain proportion.
3. The raw materials are discharged into the concrete mixer hopper after batching.
4. Raise the hopper to the top and discharge the raw materials into the mixer.
5. After the mixing is completed, the discharge hopper of concrete mixer opens, the materials are conveyed to the storage hopper of the main brick machine through the belt conveyor.
6. The belt conveyor under the storage hopper conveys the material into the distributing machine.
7. The cloth machine advances and the fabric is forced into the mold box.
8. The cloth machine is returned, the pressure head is pressed down and accompanied by vibration the lower die rises until the bricks are all exposed.
9. The board machine automatically transports the bricks to the automatic palletizer.
10. The concrete blocks are transported to the finished product area by fork lift.
11. Water is poured once a day from the second day, usually after 5 to 7 days, the concrete blocks can be shipped.
