Installation Details

This AJ-120 plant is installed by our local partners of AIMIX GROUP in the Indonesia. In this part, you can check what service can AIMIX GROUP supply for you in Indonesia. • 1. Custom clearance for AJ-120. Our local service team is in charge of preparing all the data for the custom clearance.
• 2. Machine parts delivery. After finishing the custom clearance, our local service team arranges some trucks to delivery all the machine parts to the site of our customer in Morowali.
• 3. Discharge all the machine parts from the truck and containers to the land.
• 4. Build the foundation for the plant. Our service team firstly design the drawing for the plant layout according to our customer’s address and land size. Then, they start the founcation construction for the batching plant parts, including the aggregate batching machine, cement silos, belt conveyors, concrete mixers, and so on. As you can see from the pictures, AIMIX service team builds a main frame for the mixer.

• 5. Delivery the installation tools and vehicles to the site, such as the crane. Besides, all the fees for renting the tools will be undertaken by AIMIX GROUP.
• 6. Use the tools to install all the batching plant parts, including the cement silos, mixers, screw conveyors, and so on.
• 7. Install all the electrical systems. After all the parts are installed, our service team starts to match all the electric wires to match all the parts.
• 8. Test the whole machine to make sure it can start to work.
• 9. Train the staff of our customers how to operate the plant.
• 10. All the work are done well and our service team handovers the key to our customer.
